How the numbers work
NAV per share = (ETH held × live ETH price + cash + other holdings) ÷ shares outstanding.
mNAV = BMNR price ÷ NAV per share. 1.0x means the stock trades at exactly what's inside.
mNAV is shown as a floor (≥). Shares come from the last 10-Q/10-K cover, and BitMine keeps issuing, so the real count is likely higher. Preferred stock (BMNP) isn't deducted either. Both push true mNAV up.
History interpolates shares between filings, so older mNAV is approximate. Staking income assumes about 3% a year (BitMine's own $392M on 5.07M staked ETH).
Holdings come from BitMine's weekly 8-K via SEC EDGAR. Prices come from Yahoo (unofficial) and refresh every minute. Not investment advice.
